What does the Tap filter do?

It removes sediment, rust, residual chlorine, pesticides, fibers, bacteria, and other large impurities from your tap water. The result is cleaner, clearer water that’s better for skin, beauty routines, cooking, and everyday use.

How long does the filter last?

We recommend replacing the tap filter every 3 months for typical household use. The exact lifespan depends on your water quality and usage frequency. As the filter captures impurities, it will gradually change color, which is a clear visual indicator that it’s time for a replacement. You may also notice a slower water flow, confirming the filter has reached the end of its life.

How to dispose of the filters?

The ceramic filter element is organic and can be placed in your bio waste once removed from the plastic housing. Simply separate the used filter from the bottom plastic part, dispose of the ceramic element in bio waste, and recycle the plastic housing according to your local guidelines.

How do you deliver?

We ship within 3-6 working days both to your home or to Postnord pick-up points. When you select delivery to a pick-up point, we automatically send it to the nearest one to your address. We offer free delivery for all orders above 200kr

Do you ship outside Denmark?

We currently offer only domestic shipping in Denmark where we are based. We hope to expand our shipping network soon, so follow us to stay up to date when we expand!
